Website use and consultation requests

Our website describes technology, visualization, and business consulting services and lets you request assistance. Use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit malicious or unlawful material.

Sending an inquiry does not by itself place an order, authorize charges, or guarantee availability. A written quote, order, or service agreement accepted by both parties will identify the applicable project scope, fees, timing, deliverables, and other service terms. That agreement controls the project matters it addresses.

Website content and information you submit

Website materials belong to McDabbs Consulting or their respective owners. You may view and use the website to learn about and request our services. Reproducing or redistributing materials requires permission unless permitted by law or an applicable license.

You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. You authorize us to use them as needed to evaluate your request and perform agreed services. Any permission to publish client materials, use them in a portfolio, or deliver licensed work will be addressed separately.

Customer Care text messaging program

Program name: McDabbs Consulting Customer Care. Messages come from 844-MCDABBS (844-623-2227). The program covers replies to customer inquiries, requested consultation or estimate follow-up, scheduling, project and delivery updates, and support for services you request. Messages may be sent individually or through messaging software. This program does not send promotional campaigns.

You can agree to these texts by actively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form or by another documented consent method we offer. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or accepting website terms alone does not enroll you. If you text us first, we may reply about that inquiry; that conversation does not enroll you in recurring messages or unrelated promotions.

Message frequency varies with your inquiries and service needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. You do not have to agree to text messages to purchase services or contact us. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from this program. We also honor other clear requests to stop, including requests sent to Chris@McDabbs.com. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, program messages will stop unless you choose to opt in again. If your number changes, please let us know so we do not contact its next user.

Reply HELP for assistance, email Chris@McDabbs.com, or call 844-623-2227. You can continue communicating with us by phone or email after opting out of texts.

Text delivery depends on your device, mobile service, and other systems. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text service is not an emergency communication service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information, including special protections for mobile information and SMS consent. Read it at https://mcdabbs.com/privacy.html. Permission for customer-service texts does not authorize us to sell your information or transfer your SMS consent to another business.

External services and website availability

Other organizations control their own websites and services, including pages reached through external links. Their terms govern their services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of externally provided content.

We aim to keep our website useful and accurate, but it is provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make implied warranties about the website, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This provision does not reduce obligations expressly agreed for a paid project or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date and providing any notice or agreement required by law. A change to website terms does not expand your SMS consent or change an existing project agreement without the agreement required for that change.

Washington law applies to these terms, subject to federal law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
